Billing questions
How does billing work?
Pro and AI are monthly subscriptions, charged in US dollars on the same date each month until you cancel. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Who processes the payment?
Our payment provider, Paddle, is the merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, taxes, receipts and invoices; we never see your card details. You can pay by card or PayPal, depending on your country.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account page at any time. Moving from Pro to AI charges the difference for the rest of the month; moving from AI to Pro credits the unused part to your next payment.
How do I cancel?
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See the Refund Policy for the details.
What counts as a page on the Free plan?
Each page pasted into GoHighLevel counts once. A 4-page funnel uses 4 of your 5 free pages. Copying, and pastes that fail, don't count. The 5 pages are counted for both your GoHighLevel agency and your browser, so switching agencies or accounts doesn't add more.
