Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Usman Builds AI ("we", "us"), which operates FunnelSnag (the website, the Chrome extension and related services). By creating an account or using FunnelSnag, you agree to them. Contact: support@funnelsnag.com.

1. What FunnelSnag is

FunnelSnag is a tool that helps you copy GoHighLevel funnels and websites into your own GoHighLevel account and edit them. FunnelSnag is independent and is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with HighLevel, Inc. "GoHighLevel" and "HighLevel" are their trademarks.

2. Your account

You need an account to use FunnelSnag. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Plans, licenses and limits

• Free: up to 5 page copies in total, counted for each GoHighLevel agency and for each browser, across all accounts.
• Pro and AI: unlimited page copies within the sub-accounts of one GoHighLevel agency. The license links to the agency of your first paste. You can move it to another agency yourself once every 30 days.
• The AI plan includes AI features subject to a fair-use monthly limit, which resets each month.
• A license is for your own agency's use. Don't share, resell or sublicense it, and don't try to get around plan limits or the agency lock.

4. Billing, renewals and refunds

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days. Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time. The details are in our Refund Policy. Prices may change, with notice before your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• only copy, edit and publish content you have the right to use. Copying someone else's funnel and republishing it as-is can infringe their copyright and trademarks. Use FunnelSnag to study and model, and rewrite and rebrand what you keep;
• respect pages whose owners have turned cloning off;
• follow GoHighLevel's terms of service and the law;
• not use FunnelSnag to harm, spam, deceive or attack others, or to interfere with our service.

You're responsible for what you copy and publish. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

FunnelSnag works with GoHighLevel, which we don't control. GoHighLevel may change or restrict how its product works at any time, and that may limit or stop features of FunnelSnag. AI features use a third-party AI provider. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable: review it before you publish.

7. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You let us process it only as needed to provide the service, such as sending page text to the AI provider when you ask for an AI rewrite.

8. Disclaimers

FunnelSnag is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that it will always work, be error-free, or produce a particular result in your GoHighLevel account. Keep your own backups; GoHighLevel's page history can help undo changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using FunnelSnag and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
